This existing 80,000 square foot facility at one time was home to a large grocery store chain and various other retail stores. Now, it's the proud home of Humboldt Bancorp's main administration offices, including their Merchant Card Bank services division. The facility went through a complete renovation including demolition of the existing interior concrete walls, asbestos removal, seismic retrofitting, plumbing to include replacement of major sewer mains, electrical, HVAC, roofing, communication, flooring, painting, concrete sidewalks and curbs, paving of parking area, and landscaping. |

After our exhausting search to find a new home for our growing company, we settled on an existing facility located in Eureka. Transforming an existing concrete tilt-up building into what Humboldt Bank desperately needed posed great hurdles for our design team.
