The project consisted of demolition of existing interior elements, preparation of existing areas and the construction of newly formed areas in the Perinatal Unit of the hospital. The remodel and renovation of approximately 4,600 sq. ft. of existing second floor interior space provided new LDARP rooms and support spaces and modification of related mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
